🥇 Rimu – U13 Gold Medal
Although Rimu is still an U11 athlete, he challenged himself by competing in the U13 division against older athletes.
He showed confidence, courage and strong judo throughout the competition and went on to win the Gold Medal.
Competing above his usual age group was a valuable experience and a great opportunity for his continued development.
We are extremely proud of the way Rimu accepted the challenge and performed on the day.
Quentin at his first judo competition
🥉 Quentin – Bronze Medal in His Judo Debut
This tournament was Quentin’s first ever judo competition.
Stepping onto the competition mat for the first time can be a difficult experience, but Quentin fought hard, stayed composed and gained valuable competition experience.
He finished the tournament with a Bronze Medal in an excellent start to his competitive judo journey.
This is only the beginning, and we are looking forward to seeing his continued growth in future competitions.
