Hirose Judo Academy athletes enjoyed a positive day of competition at the Judo4Kids Competition at Ohori Judo Club.
Xander placed third in the U7 division in his first-ever judo competition, while Hunter became U9 Champion in his competition debut. Touma also won gold in U9, and Rim and George both finished as U11 Champions in their respective divisions.
The day was especially meaningful for Xander and Hunter as they took their first steps into competition. Every athlete showed courage, effort and a willingness to learn, gaining valuable experience that will support their continued development.
Congratulations to all five athletes. Hirose Judo Academy looks forward to supporting each of them as they continue to grow through training and competition.
