Is It Too Late to Start?

No. Adults start judo at many different ages. Progress depends more on consistent training, sensible intensity and good instruction than on starting young.

Japanese Judo Coaching in Carrara

Hirose Judo Academy is led by Hirokazu Hirose. Training emphasises strong fundamentals, safe progression, technical understanding and long-term development.
